I offer a range of courses, from the First Degree course (Shoden) through to Second Degree (Okuden) and Master/Teacher level. The Reiki Courses are held over one and a half days, and students who travel from various parts of the country stay over night at a local B&B in the village of Biddestone.

The teaching of Reiki is a time of Student and Master coming together. The relationship between the Student and Teacher form a special bond, one that is supportive to both of them. It's a time of maintaining a relationship that continues to empower the student; encouraging students to find their own answers deep inside themselves.

When we change our way of thought we can truly experience oneness with all things, becoming one with man and nature. To get to this point we need to de-clutter and throw out all the old unwanted negativity and allow new growth, new seeds to create peace within ourselves.

 

In the First Degree - Shoden you will be awakened and empowered through the energy; you will become more open and aware, experiencing light and stillness. Find out more

 

The Second Degree - Okuden is known as Practitioner Level it is for anyone wanting to practise Reiki as a profession, or who want to further their experience on their Reiki journey. Mikao Usui’s intention at this level was for furthering self-healing and spiritual development. This degree will take you to a deeper level of consciousness and oneness. Find out more

 

Master/Teacher - Shinpiden enables the student to teach and to hold classes. Not many people take this higher path, but once they do, everything from this point becomes Reiki - you live it! These courses are delivered by arrangement only.

Teaching

I teach the original Japanese Reiki in the Usui tradition in its simplest form, uncluttered and powerful, covering also Western teachings. Courses are generally held in my cabin located in a sleepy Wiltshire hamlet overlooking lovely, open countryside creating a calm and peaceful environment. The Course is usually held on a weekend, or by arrangement, they are very informal and enjoyable with every opportunity for discussion. You will be introduced to exercises enabling you to experience different levels of energy, tuition on the history of Reiki and how to follow your intuition and intent.

Time is given for quiet and meditation. When Reiki is experienced for the first time it is a very special emotion and not to be hurried! For the Course weekend it is recommended that you wear loose comfortable clothing, and please bring a packed lunch, tea and coffee etc will be provided. Find out more

Ongoing Support

After the Course you can contact me by phone or email me for on-going support, this can be about the Course or experiences and questions with Reiki.

A student can at anytime 'sit' in on any of the courses they have completed, entirely free, joining in and revising the course content.

Reiki sharing evenings are arranged after the Course for students to meet up again comparing their experiences and giving and receiving a Reiki treatment. These evenings are entirely free.

Certification

All the courses are accommpanied by certificate confirming that you have followed the spiritual practice of the system of Reiki from the original Japanese perspective.

All courses include a CD by Jenny covering the main contents  of the course including the meditations. A comprehensive information pack of each course is given with the choice of downloading them from Jenny's website. A password is given to each student to enable them to get this information.
